3. Cashback Rewards
Cashback is granted when you subscribe to a course and complete verification.You are not required to finish the course to receive cashback. Cashback cannot be claimed without successful verification.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to purchase the entire course (ranging between 2–7 months), regardless of whether you choose to stop early.Payments may be structured weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, but this does not change your obligation to pay the full course fee.Cancellations:You may cancel within 7 days of purchase.If you cancel, you must return the cashback you received and pay for any portion of the course you have already accessed (minimum: one month).Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to the courses and immediate collection action.
5. Collections & Legal Action
If you fail to make payments, NeoWealth reserves the right to:Suspend or terminate your account.Assign or transfer your unpaid balance to a collections team.Pursue legal action to recover any unpaid invoices.You are responsible for all fees, costs, or expenses incurred in the collection of your debt.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt fraud.You must ensure your bank account and verification information are valid.Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
NeoWealth provides courses and services “as is” and makes no guarantees of specific financial outcomes.We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it is not permitted by Canadian law.
8. Privacy & Security
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use bank-level encryption to protect your informations.
9. Termination
NeoWealth may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:Fail to make payments.Violate these Terms.Attempt fraud or abuse the platform.
10. Governing Law

Any disputes shall be resolved under Canadian jurisdiction.
